Welcome to WPShop. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our software products and services (“Software”). By purchasing or using any WPShop product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Parties

“WPShop” refers to the software provider and rights holder:

“You” or “User” refers to the individual or legal entity purchasing or using the Software.

2. Software License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Software in accordance with the plan you purchased.
The license does not transfer ownership. WPShop retains all intellectual property rights.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, rent, or reverse-engineer the Software.

3. Activation and Delivery

Licenses are delivered via email or your account dashboard within 5 business days after payment.
The license key identifies your access to updates and support.

4. Support

Each license includes 1 year of technical support via our help desk: support.wpshop.biz
Support covers issues related to our products only. We do not guarantee help with custom code, third-party tools, or server configurations.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are made via methods listed on wpshop.biz.
We do not accept payments from legal entities or for reselling purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are listed in RUB and may be updated without notice for new purchases.

6. License Upgrades and Renewals

You may upgrade your license (e.g., increase the number of allowed domains) via your account dashboard.
Support can be renewed separately after the first year at the rates shown on our website.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. After this period, all payments are final. Refunds do not apply to custom services.

8. Responsibilities

You agree to use our Software in accordance with applicable laws.
You are responsible for any content or data processed using our Software.

9. Limitation of Liability

WPShop is not liable for any damages, data loss, or downtime resulting from use of our Software.
Software is provided “as is”, with no guarantees of fitness for a specific purpose.

10. Termination

WPShop reserves the right to revoke your license if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and remove all copies.

11. Bonus Program

From time to time, WPShop may offer bonus points for certain actions (e.g., participating in promotions).
Bonus points have no cash value and expire as indicated in your account.
WPShop may change or cancel the bonus program at any time without compensation.

12. Partner Program

Commissions and terms are outlined on the Affiliate Program page.
Abuse (e.g., self-referrals, spam, prohibited ads) may result in disqualification.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., war, natural disasters, changes in law, or internet outages).

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on our website. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
