Payment & Refund Policy

To buy a WordPress theme or plugin from WPShop, simply follow these steps:

1. Choose Your License

On the product page, scroll to the license section and select the license type that fits your needs (e.g., 1 site, 3 sites, unlimited).

2. Enter Your Email

Provide a valid email address where we’ll send your download link and license key.

3. Choose a Payment Method

Select one of our secure payment options, such as credit/debit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency (via third-party processors).

Note: We do not store your card data. All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.

4. Complete Payment

Enter your payment details and confirm the purchase.

5. Receive Your Product

Within 1–2 minutes, you’ll receive an email with your download link and license key. You can also access your purchases anytime via your Account Dashboard.

Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • The product was not significantly modified after download
  • You have not initiated a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider
  • Your use of the refund policy is in good faith (we reserve the right to refuse refund requests in case of abuse)

How to Request a Refund

Please submit a request through our Support Center with the following details:

  • Your order number or email address used at purchase
  • Brief reason for the refund (optional, but appreciated)

We typically process refund requests within 3–5 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

  • The refund window (14 days) has expired
  • You’ve used the product on multiple websites and then request a refund
  • You violated our Terms & Conditions

Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds do not include processing fees from third-party payment providers (if applicable)
  • After a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated and you must stop using the product

Important Notes

  • All refund decisions are at our discretion based on the criteria above
  • Refunds are not granted for change of mind, compatibility with third-party tools, or lack of technical skill
  • Free bonus items (e.g., limited-time gifts) are not refundable or exchangeable
